Kids Cardinal Painting class

Kids will have fun learning how to put circles, ovals and triangles together to create a winter cardinal bird on a 11x14 canvas board. We will prep the canvases and use colors in varying hues and tones. Adding a little snow and snowflakes that illustrate symmetry will also be shown. Lessons in color, perspective, shape and line are used.
All ages welcome if parents help those younger artists.

Ended up taking my 4 year old granddaughter. She loved it! I did help her with pressure using chalk and paint brushes. Her favorite brush was the large headed one!😁 Overall I think she had a blast because she wants to paint more.Next time, I’ll bring a booster cushion for her and maybe our own plastic artist apron because she’s so tiny. But she really loved being called an artist and using the artist apron!!
Tried outlining the shapes with her but her strength in hand to do it on her own led this Grandma to…”let it go”! I’m thrilled she wants to come back and create again! Her brother’s reaction when he saw her painting was priceless…and he asked if he could go sometime e!☺️🥰 Thanks for the fun afternoon!!
Oh! She LOVED the bathrooms!! 🤣 and the celebration room!!
